FAQ

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a free 14 day trial. SMS messages are not included in the free trial. If you choose to send an SMS message you will be shown the cost before you send the message.
How does SMS pricing work?
SMS is only charged for every message sent by you. You don’t get charged for messages received by customers. SMS charges depend on the plan selected. For the Pro plan, each message costs $0.02, while the Enterprise plan charges $0.012 per message sent.
Can I use SMS on the Basic plan?
At this time, SMS can only be used with the Professional and Enterprise plans.
How do I change my plan?
You can update your plan from your Bot Settings page.
Why should I pick Enterprise over Pro?
Great question! The Enterprise plan is for high-volume merchants who want expert help, have specialized needs, or use Shopify Plus or another enterprise-level ecommerce platform.
