For many, the PDP is a doorway to the brand. Backtracing customer journeys we'll often see PDP > Search, PDP > Parent category

Baking in brand story alongside the product story, and moments of discovery (for the right audiences) have been very beneficial for CVR and AOV.
Unsurprisingly, Iโd look at the overall CX. Whatโs the intent of the page? Is it all about the brand or all about the customer? I think thatโs what Iโd learn the most, actually. Iโd find out who really cares about their customer and who cares most about making a quick sale.

"order within X# of minutes for guaranteed delivery by Friday, March 1st"
everything @kvlly and @dennishegstad said... but what youโll learn is that itโs in the execution of each... and the more apps involved the lower the performance. itโs all in the systems you create to then crank out optimized components

How much education does a brand with a complex product provide?
Do brands with simpler products have an advantage or more room to use other conversion tactics?
Is there a sweet spot?
How much thought was put into the product listing? (Just a quick add or is content on the page catered to the product?)

If it's a product that requires additional instructions (use, care), are they clearly visible?
Are trust factors present on the page to convert new customers?
