Up until now, we’ve integrated with Klaviyo, Attentive, and Zapier to allow you to use Octane AI quizzes to segment customers, trigger actions, and even create dynamic email and SMS content across dozens of platforms.

With one-to-one marketing flows being one of the top use cases for collecting zero-party data with Octane AI quizzes, we’re excited to announce the addition of three new integrations with Postscript, Yotpo, and Recart.

In this post, we’ll explore how these integrations work and some examples of these platforms in action.

Postscript, Yotpo, and Recart: 3 new essential integrations

With the addition of our integrations with Postscript, Yotpo, and Recart, your options for integrating email and SMS into your Octane AI workflow have completely powered up.

We already have resources to start integrating with Postscript, Yotpo, and Recart, as well as Klaviyo and Attentive if you’re eager to get going.

If you want to learn more about how these integrations work and what kinds of data are synced between platforms, read on.

Octane AI and Postscript

By integrating Octane AI with Postscript, you can reach out to customers via SMS using their quiz answers and results obtained from Octane AI.

There are several custom properties you can create and sync to Postscript. Custom properties are fields used to store customer data like quiz answers, results, and more. When someone takes a quiz and submits an opt-in, these custom properties will be able to pass into your other tools via an integration.

While traditional SMS marketing can feel cold and impersonal, leveraging their quiz data in your messaging creates a deeper and more personal experience for customers, making them feel seen and understood.

Postscript itself is a powerful tool to have in your tech stack. By working with Postscript, Shopify stores have generated over $5B in revenue and over 22% of revenue directly attributed to Postscript.

Octane AI and Yotpo

When you integrate Yotpo with Octane AI, you can provide valuable layers of personalization to your customer data.

After a customer completes a quiz, Yotpo will receive the customer’s email, phone number, and quiz answers. You can then use this data in Yotpo to trigger more events, insert quiz answers into a customer email or SMS, segment customers based on responses, or create personalized messaging based on their responses.

Integrating Yotpo with Octane AI is a win/win — Yotpo has numerous success stories, including an increase of 171% repeat purchase rate for SMS and loyalty members for their client Bubble and a 43% MoM subscriber growth as well as millions in sales after launch for their client Princess Polly.

Octane AI and Recart

Integrating Recart with Octane AI unlocks powerful tools for personalizing your SMS marketing campaigns and re-engaging quiz takers effectively.

With this integration, you can automatically sync SMS quiz subscribers to Recart, trigger confirmation flows, and use quiz data to create personalized SMS campaigns. When a customer completes a quiz, Octane AI passes key data—such as quiz answers, the results page URL, and their phone number—directly to Recart.

Once in Recart, this data can be leveraged to craft tailored messages using merge tags, allowing you to include quiz answers and results URLs in your SMS campaigns. For example, you can remind customers of their quiz results and suggest products that align with their preferences, creating a more engaging and relevant experience.

Even if you’re using a different platform, remember that our integration with Zapier allows you to connect with almost any other email and SMS platform.

Quiz completed? Turn the data into dollars with a post-quiz acquisition flow

If a customer takes the time to complete your quiz, they’re clearly interested in what you have to offer. There’s an endless number of reasons why they didn’t convert after the quiz, but that doesn’t mean it’s a lost sale.

It all ties back to personalization.

Using email and SMS integration with Octane AI allows you to re-engage with clearly interested customers using personalized data and quiz results that are unique to them.

Rather than sending a generic marketing email or SMS, you can remind customers of the quiz they completed, their results, and why you have the perfect solution for them.

So what’s the ideal quiz acquisition flow?

  • Using an ad on Meta, TikTok, or Instagram, drive shoppers to your quiz.
  • Once the customer completes the quiz and the data is collected, sync the data to your email and SMS platform of choice.
  • After quiz completion, follow up with an email and/or SMS to re-engage the shopper.
  • If no action is taken after a length of time of your choosing, follow up via email and/or SMS with a relevant personalized message. In

Flows you can create from your quiz email and SMS opt-ins

Connecting Octane AI with any of these tools is simple, but success is driven by how effectively you use them.

Rest assured, we’ve built a list of some of the many flows you can create using our email and SMS integrations to drive engagement, growth, and retention:

  • Abandoned cart - by sending abandoned cart notices, you can remind customers of a purchase they were close to making to try and encourage the sale. This is often a great opportunity to provide them with a discount as well. If the customer has completed a quiz but didn’t finalize the purchase, it’s a great chance to pull in some relevant data to drive the sale—like a customized skin routine or fashion recommendations.
  • Quiz results reminders - after completing a quiz with Octane AI and being shown their results, an email or SMS reminder of these results is a strong method of re-igniting a customer’s interest while still feeling personal and unique to them.
  • Back-in-stock notifications - a lack of inventory doesn’t need to result in a lost sale. Even if a recommended product from a quiz is out of stock, you can offer customers the option to get a reminder when the item is available again. This is a good way to capture contact information and drive a sale at a later date.
  • Coupon redemptions - don’t let your customers miss out on the great deal they’re offered from taking your quiz! By using email and SMS to notify them of coupon codes, you can reach them wherever they are to drive awareness of the discount opportunity. If they’ve completed a quiz through Octane AI, you can personalize these messages and even the individual offers on a deeper level based on their results.
