What is a credit in Octane AI?
1 credit = 1 quiz engagement (when someone completes your quiz). AI features like Smart Products (~0.3 credits), Smart Copy (~0.1 credits), and Image Analyzer (~0.2 credits) use additional credits per interaction. For example, a quiz completion with AI recommendations would use approximately 1.3 credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your quiz will continue to work without interruption. You'll be billed for overage credits at $0.10 per credit at the end of your billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for better rates and more included credits.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Unused credits roll over for 30 days.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that plan. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime during or after the trial.
Are AI features included on all plans?
Yes! AI features (Smart Products, Smart Copy, Image Analyzer) are included on all plans, including the base Octane plan. AI features use a small amount of additional credits per interaction—for example, Smart Products uses ~0.3 credits per quiz.
What's included in the Growth plan?
The Growth plan ($500+/month) includes everything in Plus, plus a dedicated Account Manager who provides quiz strategy, optimization guidance, and email flow blueprints. They'll advise you on best practices and help you get the most out of your quizzes through regular strategy calls.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. On Growth and Unlimited plans, your dedicated Account Manager provides strategic guidance and best practices to help you build and optimize your quizzes.
How do I estimate my credit usage?
